Is there a free util that chops MOV files?

I've got a long long MOV clip on my camera, and I need to chop chunks out of it, how can I do this?

What about VirtualDub or VirtualDubMod...

as above, VirtualDubMod will do the trick nicely

ahh, didn't know about vdubmod, I've only used vdub in the past, I'll give it a go.
