Is there a freephone number for o2?

I want to get in touch with customer services, but i can see myself being on the phone for 20 minutes again, and at 50p per min, £10 for their ****-up is not what i'm happy paying.

Any freephone number to o2 will do, i should be able to get myself transferred internally, but i can't find any

The O2 lines are national rate now, not premium, they ditched that quite a while back.

I'm not a fan of o2 in the slightest. Their website is dying now too, they're useless!

That website is excellent though, its got me 3 0800 numbers that get through to CS. I knew they'd have one

99% of companies do they just keep it very quiet!

When I bought my XDA mini-s online the delivery/tracking email they sent had a broken link to DHL. When I eventually found the correct place to do the tracking I sent an email to O2 telling them that the O2 website/email service had broken links , they replied with a patronizing email with the same broken link...............
