Is there a new tomb raider game coming out ???

I heard it was supposed to be an open world affair with you being able to do things in the order you wanted and it is to have multiplayer.

Another reboot would be fairly bizarre I think! A prequel would be too, as that's what Tomb Raider 4 was. I suppose something more akin to Tomb Raider 1 would never hurt.

Now THAT will be an awesome game if done right! I mean imagine the fun and frustration working together to do certain puzzles i.e. a lot of mis-jumps & falling to your death and so on forth. :p

I'd prefer it if they kept it single-player and concentrated on that. I like the isolated feeling in TR - its much more atmospheric when your exploring/puzzle solving on your own. It was bad enough in Legend with that npc twit babbling in your earpiece every 3 minutes. I'm all for co-op play, but these days its a trend to cram it into everything.
 
I completed the last one on the PC, really enjoyed it as it was the first Tomb Raider I had tried since the one that was released on the original x-box. Hopefully they don't change Tomb Raider to much I like the solo adventure game the way it is :)
