Is there post on Good Friday?

Hey folks;

I sold an item and the buyer paid via paypal today, now I want to send it tommorow, usually i'd use parcel force 24, but its Good Friday on Friday? So will the mail still get there?

I tried phoning RM and Parcelforce now, but as usual no answer, then a message saying no one is in the office, even though RM opening times says until 730pm

Anyone have any idea if the post is still operational as normal on Friday? I know it won't be on Monday obviously.

All Parcelforce Worldwide Local Depots will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday therefore on these days Local Depots will not be performing deliveries or collections (both scheduled and ad hoc). Local Depots will be open as normal on Saturday 30th March to deliver items for which the customer has paid a Saturday delivery surcharge.

Doubt it mate as its a bank holiday. Its a banh holiday monday as well so it probably wont get there till tuesday

I was gonna try any option, Special Delivery, Parcel force, you name it lol!

Maybe the person will understand... I hope!

Edit - Maybe Special Delivery sent tommorow, will get there on Sat?

They should do. Just email and say it's been sent but there is likely to be a delay due to it being Easter.

Nope. At least not at my delivery office anyway.

My first Easter holiday with Royal Mail... Letters, letters everywhere! Today was the busiest day since Christmas.

Edit. Special Delivery will get there for Saturday. You could ask the post office whether it's worth going for Saturday Guaranteed delivery. Personally I think it's not worth the extra though.

As above, if yopu send special delivery theres a very good chance it will get there saturday
