is this a good overclock on my 8800 GTS ?

The reason I ask is I just want to no if it is a decent overclock so I can stop increasing it ! :D

8800 GTS 640mb

core clock = 630MHz

memory clock = 1013HMz

never done this B4 ;)

I don't own one but I'd say that is fine for now. If all of your games are playing fine then go and enjoy them instead of trying to get a few extra FPS as that's all you get in real world performance with overclocking.

Also you are higher than the clocks posted here except one so you are well above average in this thread alone.

660/1000 on mine with stock cooling. Temps are around 70c after an hour of ati artifact test.

I did manage a 690/850 OC and complete a full round of 3DMark06 but running the artifact test in ATI tool threw up errors after about 45 seconds. Last thing i saw before it BSOD on me was the temp monitor hitting 91c :D
