here's the thing about staines- the train bridge. it is like a border between continents. on the side of the bridge where the high street and twin rivers is, it's pretty nice. good shops, good street, nice looking area and the twin rivers is nice. as soon as you cross under that bridge you enter a third world country and everything goes to hell.
