I am shocked at the information given to me I am having a hard time believing what I am reading to be honest but given the current climate and constant allegations abound could it be true?

No results on thelawpages.com and according to wiki, Gerald Butler QC is dead.

Edit - seems that this happened in 1992 according to other sources.

His Honour Gerald Norman Butler, QC (15 September 1930 – 28 February 2010) was an English judge, who was the senior judge at Southwark Crown Court. He was born in Hackney, London.
