Is this new 7600GT passively cooled?

Gigabyte have this new 7600gt on their site here:

GV-NX76T256HI-RH

From the looks of its huge heat spreader it is a passive design however its not mentioned anywhere in its specs. Gigabyte usually promote these things with their silent pipe tech. The only thing it mentions is 'fansink' which suggests a fan somewhere but I can't see any?

Does anyone know if this card is indeed fanless?

Any advice appreciated.

From what I've seen all the reviews have been positive, saying it is a wonderful card and playback of videos and HD content is very smooth.

Cooooool. Anyone got any links to some reviews as I can't find any?

Massive Attack, I'm not a fan of XFX, too many reliability issues. Plus from the looks of it it wouldn't fit in my Shuttles G2 case.
