Is this pushing the PSU too hard?

After helping a mate with a recent upgrade we are wondering if this is now starting to push the PSU a bit too hard.

The PSU is an Antec TrueControl 550W. Heres what it's powering:

AMD 64 3200 CPU (overclocked)
6800GS graphics card (overclocked)
2 x DVD-RW drives (IDE)
4 x SATA hard drives (2 pairs running in RAID 1)
1 x Floppy drive
1 x Internal card reader (powered)
5 x 80mm fans and 1 x 92mm fan

As the PSU is a good brand (Antec) I reckon this should be OK, but second opinions would be appreciated.

I run a x2 and 7800gt.

1 more hdd and just 2x 120mm fans, of a 400w Antec.

It wont even be breaking into a sweat.
