Yes it will work.

Now the comparison gets interesting (if we are talking about BL2K16G36C16U4B or any similar SKU from Crucial in which 2x16GB is advertised).

The Crucial would be a no brainer if it actually delivered what it promised but there is enough discussion and variability to make an accurate assumption that no you are not getting what you are paying for. One of the main reasons to get it is to take advantage of memory interleaving which won't happen with some sticks even if the same SKU code. They decided to split production between being dual rank 1Gb chips (what you actually want) and single rank 2Gb chips. Possibly over production which is why RAM prices are falling. All Crucial cares about is that the 32GB kit they sell you wll run 16-18-18-38 at 1.35v. Not if you get to benefit from interleaving or not.

The advantage of the TeamGroup RAM is you are 100% guaranteed to get 1Gb chips and take advantage of memory interleaving. It also arguably has better overclocking headroom if you do ever want to get into that. Able to run much lower tRFC etc.

It also seems like stock of the Crucial even if you could guarantee memory interleaving is non existent right now. I know people try to get "bang for the buck" but in a scenario right now where people are spending £500 on a GPU and £500+ on a 5900x I think a £60 difference to ensure you get what you pay for plus having a better XMP profile and overclocking headroom is a stones throw in the ocean.
