They're a fence for stolen keys. You'll probably get your game, and at a good price, but the seller might very well have committed credit card fraud to steal the keys from the developers.
I haven't used them in a long time but not had any problems with them in the past. As someone else mentioned their prices aren't that great anymore once VAT is added.
credit cards get stolen - Games get bought - Credit cards get charged back - Keys remain in hands of thief and person whos card was stolen gets their money back - Devs have lost that sale and key. G2A then proceed to profit directly from this by taking X% of sales from the stolen keys and then adding on fraud protection insurance for a fee that is supposed to be free.

Absolutely fine I have used them countless times, as mentioned above, use DLCompare, it's basically a 'compare the market' for online key sites, never had a problem
