Is this SSD really dying?

You'll have to excuse my lack of understanding of SSDs so please explain anything you can in laymans terms, but up until recently crystal disk read my SSD as being completely fine (98%). Now all SSD checkers say life is at 1% yet my total read/write is 0. Kinsgston's software reads 1% but with 100% spare blocks. Windows also reports no errors using error checker and has had no critical errors within the last 7 days.
Could this possibly be an issue with the SMART software/firmware on my SSD? Or is it time to buy a new one... The SSD was purchased 3 years ago btw. Thanks in advance and sorry if this isn't enough.

Have you tried plugging the drive into a different port on the Motherboard? I have just tried crystal disk on my solid states and many read as "unknown" but none are in red like that. Maybe email the manufacturer and see what they say.
