is this the best phone for the money?

i am going to upgrade phone and found the "Samsung D900 Chrome" on the o2 website for 149.99 on pay as you go it looks class, but are there any other phones out there better than it for the price?

they where/are going cheaper on a certain site but can't link for bovious reasons and it isn't the bay £99 is what they selling em for
