Is this too much for my PSU?

I just bought a nice new case which came with an Antec Earthwatts 380W PSU.

What I'm planning to put in there is:

Motherboard with Opteron 185 CPU (not overclocked)
2 x 1GB Memory
7900GS Graphics Card (not overclocked)
2 x Hard Drives
2 x Optical Drives
2 x 120mm fans

I know that 380W is not very much these days, but the Antecs are decent quality PSUs so my guess is that I might just get away with this as the system will not be overclocked.

If anyone can offer any advice before I go ahead and put the system together that would be great.

That system will be fine under that PSU. I wouldn't expect an overclock though might start pushing things!

I would have spec'd a 400W for that setup, so its quite alright
