Unlike your implication, no one is suggesting just waving a flag is the issue - it's doing so to harass or intimidate.

no one is pretending nothing bad is happening. it's all being well reported on. there's just the seemingly usual rush for edgelords to post the most shocking attrocties they can as though there were some prize for being the most shocking.

Most of them would be little more than an irritation individually or collectively now the element of surprise has been lost without full-scale backing of the relevant countries. Though some like Hezbollah can utilise significant rocket/artillery which would cause some damage.
Who is claiming? Nothing in the news except Express quoting an IDF officer that 40 babies and children were killed, some beheaded, which if true is horrific. No amount of hate should lead you to killing children.

Free speech is an issue. Let's also not forget anyone with sympathies for the Palestinian cause has been purged from the Labour Party and labelled 'anti semite'.

I'd like to see how they police the use of flags or songs to intimidate people on a Saturday afternoon in particular. Still, Tory's gonna Tory..
Gaza isn't a huge area, though we've seen historically how even intense bombardment of a small area doesn't necessarily prevent a force resisting for considerable time before being defeated.
Lots of dense urban areas so I expect Hamas to have rigged significant amounts of IEDs, etc. which will be a threat to Israeli armour which does have significant protection against stuff like RPGs, etc. with the armour they use + Trophy system if utilised. Along with the extensive tunnel systems Israel is going to have to proceed methodically and slowly with huge numbers securing the perimeter as they move. ~360K troops seems a touch light for that - probably needs more like 550K.
The blockade that can stop every morsel food but cannot stop a countless rockets from entering Gaza?

But I walked around Hendon in north west London flying a Swazita and chanting "gas the jews" I would hope to get arrested pretty quickly.

It's too bad Hamas proritize rockets over basic necessites for the people.
