Well since the main prize is a kinnect... some kind of challenge involving the games on it?
Projector and console games is often a cool idea.
Spike all their drinks with a halucinagen dress as the CEO and announce that you are starting the new year with a change of poilcy... all users are being moved onto Windows ME/Ubuntu whichever would cause the worst trip.
If it has reasonably high ceilings give each table a remote control helicopter and set up a redbull air race style course?
Chemistry set on each table to see who can actaully make something explosive...
