It's official, girls leave toilets in a worst state

Just recieved this e-mail in work.

"Dear Tenants,

I'm appalled to be sending this e.mail to you, but regrettably I have no other option. I have received numerous complaints over the last few days of the state in which the ladies toilets on the first floor are being left in.

Basically, individuals are leaving faeces and stains all over the actual seat and pan, and without being too explicit other bodily fluids are being deposited and left in the actual toilet for other people to witness and their mess is then left for someone else to clean up.

I don't think that it is asking much of any individual to actually check the toilet before they leave the cubicle. If persons do leave a mess for some reason, I believe its their responsibility to clean up after themselves and not leave it there for others to witness.

Lately our building has had very few if no external meetings, therefore the person/s responsible is likely to be a person from this building, which I find sickening to believe that an individual can leave toilets in this way, especially knowing that they do and will be used by other tenants and staff. There is no consideration at all by this person/s for others in the building.

Please could you inform all members of staff of this e.mail as it needs to be requested that persons respect the facilities of the building and others who have to use them also.

Agreed with the OP, i always thought blokes were bad, but then an email went round my work place detailing the state of the ladies loo. Dirty mares

what, like blood or? what kind of fluids are these girls leaving? and is that normal for just a trip to the toilet?!

A girl I knew once went into a ladies toilet and saw something wrapped in toilet paper sitting on top of the cistern. Her curiosity took the better of her and she opened it up, only to regret it.

If I saw ANYTHING sitting around or near a toilet, unless it was a wad of cash, I'd leave it alone

Something is seriously amiss there :S

Although, not being funny but it could be a culture thing, in Malaysia I noticed a lot of toilets had scuff-marks on either side of the seat - and some even had signs telling folk not to stand on the seat (little figure of a person squatting over the bowl with a line through it). But Malaysia is very mixed - Indian, Chinese and native Malaysians amongst others - so I couldn't tell you /which/ culture this is.

Before we launch into anything - many of their toilets had hoses too - I know toilet paper use is seen as extremely dirty in comparison to a good wash by some cultures too - though I couldn't tell you which, again.

We have the same thing at work, the Indians brought on shore have a tendency to make bogey mosaics on the wall. One of the guys in the office witnessed the aftermath of something rather vile also (post flushing at the sinks), lets just say a number "2" was... handled without the use of toilet paper.

I have to make a pilgrimage to the other side of the building if I need to go, as the two dunnies near me are in a diabolical state most of the time. Poor cleaner must be reduced to tears every time she has to clear their mess up.
