Conor needs to try and spark him out in the 1st 2 rounds, should then counter up for a few rounds, don't throw unless Floyd throws, try and win some points. Floyd is the boxer as well, onus should be on him to be on the front foot.

For those who've never watched UFC or McGregor fight... this is how he's made a name for himself.
Trash talk, crazy press conferences and controversy all draw attention. He then uses this to promote himself for the next fight on a bigger scale. There's always been a bit of that in the UFC but it was really Conor that took that to the next level.
As soon as he wins/loses he'll show respect and drop the showmanship act. That's how he's done it in the past and he will do it this time too.
Floyd has never fought on the "front" foot for about 6 years. He's a defensive master. Hence my prediction above. It's made for Floyd to stay out of trouble in the early part of the fight then just jab jab jab his way to a points win.
Prediction - exciting first 4 rounds whilst Conor goes for KO, snoozefest after that till Mayweather wins on points by going on his bike for 12 rounds.
That's it. Nothing else.
This is what I'm expecting too. Floyd will be super careful as he's passed his prime and has everything to lose.Prediction - exciting first 4 rounds whilst Conor goes for KO, snoozefest after that till Mayweather wins on points by going on his bike for 12 rounds.

It does seem crazy that they'll both get $100 million.. ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS.... for 36 minutes work. Maybe even less than 3 minutes work depending if there's a knockout in round 1. Am I jealous? Nope. not at a...Yes, yes I am
Conor is getting $100m, Floyd is rumoured to be getting 3-4x that.
No way those numbers are real.Conor is getting $100m, Floyd is rumoured to be getting 3-4x that.
Where is this announcement? I just see lots of people saying this on Twitter but nobody seems to have a valid source.Just been an announcement, sky box office are charging £89.99 for the fight. Hope it's fake news.

That's where I read it too, hence why I said it's hopefully fake.
US customers though are paying upwards of $70 for the fight.
