Well recommended room temp for a newborn is 16-20, 18 being optimal, it's currently 25 in all rooms :( Need to get a fan methinks.
Aye this weather is lovely but when new parents it's also extremely hard too, we just got a bog standard desk fan was about 12 quid from Morrison's seem to do trick.

Holy ****, this is the most spectacular lightning display I've ever seen. Can't hear any thunder but the sky's being lit up multiple times every second and it's been going on for over 30 minutes

Edit: Just randomly hammered it down for 5 minutes and then stopped dead again. Thunder is now epic as well.

holy **** that's the loudest clap of thunder i've ever heard the house shock and it went on for ages, louder than the massive Miami storm I saw several years ago.

In ELO terms, yesterday was "Mr Blue Sky", very pleasant afternoon with Mrs Vern walking from the car park at Alton Barnes past the White Horse to Tan Hill (highest point in Wiltshire).

This morning, 0500 shattered by nature's rendition of "Summer & Lightning".
