Ive just seen District 9 on DVD.

I watched 15 mins, got bored, turned it off and watched Inglorious ******** instead.

cracking film, the first 16 minutes proberbly are the slow point of the movie but it picks up exponentialy and it knows how to run the action. a lot of thought is in there aswell wich is why its so good for me, action with purpose not just mindless. strongly urge you to bear the first 15-20 minutes of the docu style introdustions.

Which has a very slow opening 25 minutes in itself?

After all the work and efforts that go into a production you write it off after a whole 15 minuets of your precious time :o

As Michael Jackson would say, you're so ignoraaaaaaaaant.

Yeah, but you have to take into account that his memory span has most likely been severely compromised by all the weed and alcohol he claims to take.

Can someone just clear something up for me?

When it was in the cinema, did the prawns have the same coloured markings? I.E. Christopher and son = green, Christopher's buddy = yellow and black, plus various others in blue, red etc.

I could have sworn they were all a brown colour when I saw it in the cinema.

hahaha

Serious question guys? Is this worth picking up on DVD for £10 now? Or would I be better of getting it on Blueray, even though I don't have a blueray player (yet)

Didn't have the chance to see it at the cinema :(

I'd say if you're getting a bluray player soon, wait. It looks fantastic in HD. Got mine today.

My sister in laws sister helped out with the production of this film, it's a very different film to those that I normall watch, the story line is good but the handheld camera footage is annoying.

I wonder if they will do a second film.
