January Transfer Window 2012/2013 Season Rumours/Signings

Dyer deserves a lot of credit, he has made an entire career out of being signed on a punt after being a slightly above average youngster. His agent must be incredible since he's started less than 200 games in over 10 years, 46 of those coming in his second season, yet continued to be given new deals. :o

He really isn't. He's great at Everton putting himself about against stoke but see where that get's him at say Valencia in the champions league. He's too much of a liability at the really top end.

Then again 22m is nothing to them to risk. For me he's great for a top 5-10 club like Everton but has no where near the quality for a champions league team. He's just done well against the right team once this season. He was absolutely dreadful for his first 18 months at Everton too.

I'd be happy with 22m to be honest.
 
During the summer / towards the end of the transfer window the press were saying that Fellaini had a £27m release clause, some people saying £25m, £28m and now it's £22m. :confused: Riggghhhtttt, there won't be a release clause.
 
Nelson is leaving QPR, my FF team is not happy about that :mad:

I would be surprised if there isn't and champions league football is not one of his concerns? What makes you so sure?

It wasn't that long ago he signed an extension iirc and there was some interest in him then. Would you be that bothered for 22-25m?
 
It's not just that, he's just such a short term fix. I don't understand why any 'top' club would go in for him, they would be having a half decent Lampard for one season, he could play and do well at a host of other clubs.

I'm going to throw an opinion in and say I think he will move to the MLS when his contract is up.
 
Big easy money and it's a good standard of football, I don't really understand why you wouldn't move over there.

No I wouldn't be bothered, that's the thing... his agent and even himself know that the club wouldn't be able to refuse an offer of ~£25m+... so would have been pointless trying to negotiate a clause into his contract when he's wanting more cash as well.
