Was an epic day.
I think me and Nath have convinced Gibbo he needs an RX8 in his life.
Highlight of the day was driving past the Shell petrol station and seeing the massive queue generated by 20+ skylines waiting for vpower

You need to be a good driver to enjoy the RX8, does that mean that one needs a special race licence to drive?
Not entirely sure mate, I'm sure it would be good fun though.
I did really like that bronze RX8 just thought the suspension and wheels were stupid. Was awesome seeing the track packed full of RX8's aswell. Nice cars IMO.
Unsurprising coming from a guy who doesn't have the skills to drive a GT3 and goes for the soft version, when the RX8 is clearly one step more even more of a skill based car to drive.

Actually gutted I missed the nsx stand. I thought it was odd that I had missed them.
All the chav fest comments, tbh I didn't feel that way at all when there. There were some superbly stunning examples of cars there. A few photos taken at random of interesting stuff don't really cover it all.
There were some simply immaculate cars there. A lot of cars looking like they had left the factory 5 minutes ago or being outrageously OEM+
I will admit there was some real tat there too and would not have felt the slightest bit ashamed with my civic next to some of them.

Agree with rjk there were some bad cars but the good cars far outweighed them

Mostly pish, it's hard to find a good Supra these days that hasn't been ruined by a bad kit and decals.
My neighbour has a stunning one though; N/A transplanted with the turbo lump, red leather re-trim, it's in a lovely closs back, no rear soiler, carbon front lip and rear diffuser, deep dish polished/black 18s and pretty damn low (but not silly stanced). Stunning!

just been thru it again and tbh i even more not liking ricers theres a black gtr looks nioce in there and some uber clean stuff but i just dont like them
my bro is big into his scoobies and nissans and some stuff i do like but most of these remind me of the comic japanese tuning sites.
rather have a nice pic of an rs4 or a gt3 or slk etc etc for me bet some of the hours of work gone into them is amazing tho
had a play with a 90 91 rx7 a few years ago and although the styling was ok and it was pretty quick ive vever been a fan of jap stuff except the older classics
