Jean Claude Van-Damme Film?

Which film am i talking about: Van-Damme moves into a village.... He sets up camp near a lake and this kid sees him in the lake washing.... Van-damme follows the kid back to his house where he meets the kids mother. The mother's brother/boyfriend (cant remember) turns out to be a crooked cop whos trying to help this really powerful manager of a building firm take over the land the town is built on

I liked timecop or Bloodsport myself.

Damn they are cheesy, I've started renting old ones. AWOL is so tragic it's hilarious. Especially the fight scene in the swimming pool in leotards.
