Quick question, as I can't find any conclusive answers on their website.

I'm flying with Jet 2 to Prague on Wednesday (he says hopefully). I understand I'm meant to print out meal vouchers as I've ordered the 'premium meal' but I can't seem to find them in the account bit. On my flight summary, it says that I have an inflight meal but this isn't, in my eyes, a voucher.

Has anyone flown with these chaps before and know if this'll suffice?

No idea, but I really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really hate Jet2. Give me Ryanair over them any day.

Good luck :)

Flown with them loads of times, and the stewardesses usually have a list of seat numbers where the meals apply, i've had meals on there before and cant recall having a voucher to present. If you cant find the voucher then i'd just do as you say and print out a copy of the flight summary but would expect the girlies to already know.

first person I've heard actually taking preference to Ryanair over another airline :p

Ah right, that's good. I thought they'd know, but you can never be to careful with these low cost airlines.

As for them being bad - I've flown with many airlines, including budget and the big carriers in all classes available. I've never had a bad experience. I like the adventure of travelling, I enjoy being in airports and I enjoy the process as much as arriving. It's how you approach it really, and if something unexpected happens then you just have to deal with it. There's no point getting your knickers in a twist, just enjoy it as best you can. I didn't book these guys, but the price is good and they were one of the few going to where I need to go on the dates I needed to go. It's a short flight anyway, so I'll have a few drinks in the airport and then just settle down with a magazine and not worry about it.

I've only ever flown Jet2 a couple of times, going to France.

One time, the flight was fine but I thought they were really ignorant of the fact that we were flying back from FRANCE and there may be FRENCH people on board - they didn't do the safety announcements in French (Ryanair have it on an automated thing to play), and not one of the cabin crew spoke a single word of French. I had a French girl sitting next to me and had a very camp member of cabin crew screaming at her in English to take her earphones for her iPod out because we were starting to land, she didn't have a clue what he was saying so I translated for him. I thought at least one person on board should have had a couple of stock phrases, didn't even have to be full sentences but "we land. No earphones" would have done!

Shouldn't have to do their job for them and it's not like he was being asked to speak Mongolian or Swedish or something - I thought it was a bit off, but maybe that's just me!

Anyway, that's nothing to do with anything. Feel free to ignore me talking rubbish :D

You're totally not going to get yourself on Airport with that kind of positive attitude! :p
