Yeah they give you the option of when you want it so you can work around your current job if you have one! Good in a way I suppose.
My role was for customer service advisor on the breakdown recovery so I would imagine it to be pretty much similar.
My interviewer on the phone seemed alright to be honest. Never any sort of silence. In fact we pretty much had a convo that didnt involve anything in the interview
Anyways back to the point.
Might change in order as they interviewed me in a pair (was supposed to be in 3's but someone didnt turn up).
At first I thought it would be some group work but they pretty much didnt want us together and did our stuff at different times. I had my test first and this is where you listen to a recording and have to note down details he is telling you and change it on the "database". Thats all that is and lasts for about 10 minutes depending on how fast you do it. Then I had to do the role play which was over the phone but she was sitting pretty much no further than 20 meters away from me so made no difference. You have to sell the holiday and try to include extras such as insurance, first class flights and theme park tickets.
After these 2 things you have a geography test. This is just a map with numbers on and a list of cities and where you think they are. There are a few weird ones on so i would study one well before going (cant remember majority of places)
After this I was taken for a series of questions like why do you want to work for us and plenty of others. That lasted for about 15 minutes. They asked me a couple of hard questions that I managed to answer but had an erm... moment before answering. They offered me a drink but I refused, I would recommend taking one so you can use this to delay any answer you cant think of straight away.
Cant really think of anything else but if you have any other questions just ask me and il try and answer them if possible
