That dreaded question!! What would you say your weaknesses are? The amount of time I wanna say, I'm superior, I don't have any weaknesses, but that would be lieing.

What weaknesses have you come up with and how have you turned it round into a positive?

say something like, "i tend to take on a lot of work, but it keeps me busy and happy to work my way through it"

but it really needs to be a "weakness" relating to the job your applying for.

you change that slightly and come up with a few more:

My weakness is that i get frustrated quite easily with people who dont put as much effort into their work as me

My weakness is that i get frustrated quite easily with people who dont do a job as well as it could have been done.

as you get more replies, you will be able to take ideas from them and mix up and make them applicable to yourself.
 
negative - i am very very lazy and i tend to leave everything to the last possible minute
positive - i seem to work really well under pressure and time constraints
 
My weakness at work is early morning starts, I'm useless at them, but when it's ever brought up with management I can politely point out the amount of hours I do (lot’s of unsociable ones at sort notice) and this seems to make up for it.

We had someone in for interview not long ago and when asked his weakness he actually said that he was frequently late to work, needless to say that went down like a sack of spuds.

Well I can happily say my weakness isn't stupidity and there’s no way I'd say something like that in an interview. :p
 
My weakness is explaining things to idiots. I suck at teaching.
I recall phrasing it more politely in the interviews, but I keep getting hired.
 
"My weakness is my lack of experience, although I more than make up for it in enthusiasm and willingness to prove myself." Thats the one I used my last interview.. seemed to go well, as I got the job.
 
I go for getting overly engrossed in one thing, and being too keen to finish it, when really I should give it up as a bad job and get on with other stuff.

why thank you :)

lol anyway my main job weakness atm is experience more than anything due to being only 21. The most ive done jobwise is sales with abit of management in that area but its not something I want to stay in or fall back on.
