In 1988 I was sectioned into a ward in a Mental hospital full of fat bulemics and I was also fat.
Its anorexics who are thin.

I have no idea about bulimia other than people eat and throw up. I'm just saying that the majority of people would assume that someone who throws up their food as soon as they've eaten it would be thin. It's obviously a serious and complex eating disorder but most people don't know much about it.
