When I'm traveling along the road at maybe 30 - 40 miles per hour and turn the steering wheel slightly it judders, but only when I'm turning it. If I stop turning it and leave the vehicle to follow the arc round the corner it doesn't do it. It doesn't happen when I'm stationary and I turn the wheel, just when moving at relatively low speeds and only when I'm physically moving the wheel.

I've had unbalanced wheels before that shook the wheel at around 60 - 70 but never this.

Anyone any ideas?

I'd take a look at ball joints first.

My Clio is actually doing the same but haven't got round to looking for the problem yet.

Will do, it's still under used warranty with Nissan so I'll let them have a look or maybe get my mechanic to have a look first then I can go in armed with knowledge :)
