at the end of the day your boss is an absolute douche if he makes you work whilst on jury. No one wants to do Jury but when the call is made you gotta get on with it and the workplace is supposed to support you as much as possible with that.

I have a guy attending next week. I have took him off the rota and leaving him to it until he returns.

He claims loss of earnings back from the courts.
