I think most dog owners are also competent enough to train to their dog not to attack others, probably not long until someone is bitten and his dog is killed.

Your dog attacking another dog like that is completely unacceptable behaviour and is not representative of properly trained dogs at all.

I can only assume you've never owned a dog, or in fact any territorial animal.

It's not fair to say all staffies are dangerous, but it is fair to say a lot of the owners are common as muck thick idiots.

They are not. A friend's Staff is soft as anything, as is his Rotweiler - and I cannot stress just how soft the Rotweiler is.
