OMG! I remember that prog. Didn't they make a tiny model for the buildings, and sort of project the people onto it?

I think i remember watching this too......aren't the people kind of under control and they have little things like a grid on the back of their neck or something. And didn't the main characters find a way to remove this stuff .

Most of the program from what i can remember is a couple of dudes wandering or cornwall or somthing.
