Just bought Gigabyte RTX 2080 - Questions regarding Overclocking

Hi there, please can you tell me the best way to Overclock this card and also what my bios version is?

I used CPU-Z to check and it shows BIOS: 90.04.23.40.6f but the download on Gigabyte website says "For F1~F7 BIOS flash" or "For F10~F12 BIOS flash".

Walking the power slider and temp limit to maximum allows my card to boost to 1950 , walking a +100 offset gets me to 2050 and no more as temp limited and most likely at this range so will most AIB air cards
