Just did some leather restoration...

Wow, very good results with the restoration. This is just amazing to see before and after pictures. Thus I want to do the same work for my e46 and wanted to ask some advise please.

When you dyed the leather with scuffmaster did you adjust the colour shades or used it straight out of package? Also when you dyed did you dilute it with any water to do a 'colour wash' so that to cover more with less dye or did you use 100% pure black dye? Did you dye the whole seat including the top part and headrests?

How long did it last?

Nice work, I used the same kit on my m3's seats, works wonders but as Rotty mentions it doesnt last forever, I think after 20k miles I had to re-apply it, no biggie but worth being aware of and setting expectations :)
