I got my 3.2 478 on a XP-120 with a Titan 2 BB silent fan to 4ghz 24/7 stable

If its a LGA775 640 than it should easily reach 4ghz and the typoon should cool it well!

If it's a 478, they don't come much better than the Arctic Freezer 4.

The Big Typhoon by Thermaltake is probably one of their best products - awesome cooler, and low noise to boot.

I highly recommend it - I have one lying around at present after I got my W/C setup. But that's another story

AC Freezer 4 or Freezer 7 Pro. Cheap, easy to fit and they work really well and are quiet too.
