I just noticed that you live in stockton... I do as well :)

Anyway, the parts listed above should make a very good system and will play all the latest games and should overclock nicely as well :)

Wouldnt get the NR and the DS3, they dont work together.
Also would have a look at the Super Lanboy rather than the Zen.

I used to have a super lanboy case and though it looks nice, its very small inside and I would never buy another one because of that.

Ummm, that comment was a bit redundant to be honest, its supposed to be small and transportable due to LAN gaming. For the money its got very good build quality/weight due to aluminium.

I admit its small inside, but people can fit x1900xt inside, and they are huge cards, could land a plane on them, but it can be done.

If your looking to purchase soon i would stick to the Zen though, the Super Lanboy has been out o f stock for a while, and now has dissapeared from the site :(

are the latest Intel Core 2 DUO chips a lot better than the equivalent spec amd chips? im not that uptodate on the new stuff so forgive the stupid questions :)

it sort of fell out of my hands a few times when i was carriering it  , it was 3 years old and almost dead anyway. It turned its self off all the time as soon as you loaded a game on it saying that it was a tough little thing though I managed to snap 2 pins on the CPU a few months back by accident and it still worked fine :) anyway the insurance were going to give us a Packard bell 1559 PC but i wanted the money as you can build one a lot better for that sort of price.

yes the core 2 duo are clock for clock faster than any of the AMD processors at the moment due to their architecture.

Will the recommended mother board provide good overclocking results and would you recommend the geil memory that is on offer this week (GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC) (MY-058-GL) ) over the G.Skill?

Thanks
