k800 Battery

Just got my K800i today and i was reading in the manual that
"Wait approx 2.5 hours OR until the battery icon indicates a full charge"

Its been about 1hour 15 mins and it now says fully charged should i use it now or wait another hour for it encase its being Conditioned?

Newer batteries don't really need the "conditioning" old style batteries needed. Mine took about 2hrs

mine was fully charged, yes the box was sealed and all that, but it was fully charged, plugged in the power cable and 2 mins passed and it said fully charged, and it indeed is fully charged.
