K800 caller list borked!

My k800 won't show any missed, made or received calls at all, it might be since I plugged it into my computer (which I do often) to download some photos. I can see someone call me, but when they hang up it doesn't show up as a missed call at all... I've tried turning it off, taking the batt out and leaving it for a few minutes, I can't think of anything other than a factory reset which is a wee bit of a last resort. Any suggestions?

Are you usingmy phone explorer by any chnace that , sometimes borks my caller list up fopr some reason not sure why though! :confused:

I had this once on a k750i, and I wish I could remember how I fixed it.

Have you tried telling it to clear the call history? It might just reset it back to how it should be.

You need to update the firmware mate. It's a known problem on the K800i.

Theres a way to fix it without a firmware update.
Cant remember off the top of my head though how to do it exactely.

Try taking the battery out, leaving it out for a few mins, putting it back in, and seeing how it goes.
