That's coming together very nicely! One thing I did think of seeing the front sprocket picture was the plate which bolts to the sprocket is meant to be flat on both sides of the teeth around its edge. Over time one side (against the output shaft splines) will wear away and become sunken. This can cause the front sprocket to move slightly on the output shaft or mis-align the chain. A replacement plate is only a quid or two from Ducati or you can simply turn it round so the sunken side is facing out (giving a once more flat surface to mate against the output shaft and sprocket).

Worth checking as the chain will wear very quickly otherwise.

Also if you ever require a new battery in the future the newer sports bikes come with a higher rated gel battery which is smaller than the old one. This can be fitted in the larger battery tray and then padded to stop movement. The advantage being its the same price but over 3 Kg lighter. Worth considering if you need a replacement.

Superb job and attention to detail :D

She's lookin good ;) Now what are going to do about the rear shock ? A nice Ohlins perhaps ?
