Can you let me know how you get on with the shock refurb as I'm looking at having the standard shock for my 900SS done.

Can't wait for the next update.

Ah just thought of something you should check when I saw the picture of the front wheel out. That pesky regulator/rectifier is there on the front of the frame under the airbox. There is a block connector about 5cm along the wiring from that which corrodes like a git because it's collecting quite a bit of spray from the front wheel. Make sure you take a quick look at it as if it gets too bad the reg/rec blows and they are £120 replacement.

Nice bike, HOWEVER, isn't there something you can do with the stock tail ? I mean come on, the thing is huge and ghastly, and NOT as the original Italian designers intended. Don't mean to insult or anything, but I think with little effort you can make that bike all the more sexy.
