True.
This is also their weakness,no focus, no community and completely faceless company. That is how OcUK is completely different and nothing like them, which is a good thing.

Well said, I voted OCUK even though I have only been a customer a few months...based on my experience though of customer service, I would choose OCUK over the rainforest company any day. Speaking to real people and getting expert advice far outweighs "John" and his live chat window

I find their returns and customer service to be excellent. As I said above, ocuk are a million times better now than they were. Genuinely great. My point however, still stands..... the poll was pointless when forum traffic was directed there and the customers of other companies largely undoubtedly had no idea the poll existed.
