Knee Support for a Car Sear?

my right knee feels the strain a little when i'm sitting on the accelerator for long periods.
is there such a thing as a support that would sit under my knees on the car seat (letting my knee/lower back of thigh area

rest on it)

there are millions of lumbar supports and that kind of thing on the web so i thought there might be something for knee support without actually strapping a brace to it

any websites i could try or suggestions

Lies - they're for holding bottles of water due to the lack of cupholders in the e46.

i use a variety of bricks, calibrated for different speeds.

You should avoid having pressure up under the knee when seated for long periods, DVT isn't your friend

What car is it? On a lot of cars it's relatively simple to retro-fit cruise control.
