You don't have to be mentally ill to do something like this. Obviously they are being ambiguous so as to protect themselves if it turns out he doesn't actually have a mental illness

You see on that map? I live in Fenham - its usually a very nice area of Newcastle apart from a few rough streets. I did hear the police cars early this morning.

To be fair Fenham isn't that bad. Move half a mile towards the water and things start to change though.
