Hey,

Local gym are selling supplements of this, apparently its just an amino that comes from meat, but concentrated in pills, which increase metablosim and reduce muscle fatigue.

Does anyone know if it works? The effects Im after are really, losing weight, while not losing muscle, Ive got quite bit muscles, and a 6 pack (Its jsut covered in flab lol) so Im aiming to lean up and lose the beer belly and replace it with some abs of steel, any idea if this will work, and if not, is there anything that will? Or are there any supplements thatll do the job better?

Thanks in advance :)

Wouldnt something like this speed up the process tho? It says its helpful mixed with cardio as it turns fat into energy, so that when you use up energy on the treadmill or whatnot itll burn fat stores instead of just normal free energy from food

Maybe it does, So eat meat.
Honestly mate, MOST suppliments are unnecessary if you are eating a healthy, balanced diet and are exercising. If it speeded it up that much all the fatties would be buying suppliments like this in bulk. Theres no quick fix, just eat healthy and do plenty of exercise, stick at it and you'll see the difference.

Edit: Doh! typing too slow!

most protien powders have plenty of BCAAs and other things, the one i use has l-cartinine in it as well i think

If you're looking to loose fat and retain muscle try doing some research on L-glutamine and BCAA.
