Lack of up to date 120mm fan advice

Been having a good hunt today to get a difinitive answer on the best performance vs noise 120mm fans and can't seem to find a decent comparison.

I'm looking to get some more air flow through my PA.120.3 so intend to replace the cheapo fans i'm currently using as they get a bit noisy on anything much over minimum speed.
No price limit, just must have either white or blue LED's to match the rest of the case - Mountain Mods U2 UFO in black. I have 9 120mm fans in total in the case, but all the rest are fine at min speed which is basically silent even with the cheap fans, I just want to cool my water better without making a racket.

have a look at these, running 3 of these through a black ice stealth rad and give a good mix of cfm and noise. thats just what i bought tho as i loved the white led's , have a look at this in depth review and see what you think.
