Lack of water cooling stock

this has always been a problem with watercooling.

It's a combination of the following:

  • Demand greater than supply
  • Long lead time on product, a lot is made in the far east and shipped via boat. A lot but not all.
  • Working Capital during the hard economic enviroment. I would imagine a lot of manufacturers working to a "just in time" model.

It is annoying though, especially when you find one in stock in all of the UK stores of a product you want. Only they send you the wrong product and are impossible to get in contact with :(

most watercooling companies are a few guys in a shed

thats the problem - its only swiftech/feser who mass produce stuff really

its unfortunate - because the products are listed in webstores and there is a massive demand - but if there is no supply then it reflects badly on the webstore

Well judging by the way these companies are going belly up, I'm going to click buy only if they have stuff in stock - ' think I can count on ocuk but the others NO '. Waiting on a cart worth £300 is asking for trouble.

Also hating shelling out the multiple delivery fees

a few have stopped stocking FESER due to problems.

I got a good deal from that! A store was selling its last bottles of Feser One and i managed to pick up a bottle for £3.99, bargain!!

Sure its pink and I wanted blue haha, but like you say, nowhere has stuff in stock! Not seen blue feser in stock probably for over month :(

LOL I saw that one too.

Anyway I think I'm just going to have to hold off and probably look in mm too.

This is consuming way too much of time :(

Looking around various sites you see the same zero stock complaints from people in the U.S., radiators especially. Recession ?
