Im assuming the bet still stands without a problem even after its taken down completely from their site?

Also, what are the top betting limits normally in these situations...for example...instead of 100 on a bet, could you put 1000, to gain 10 times the profit? Or are you limited long before that?

you will get a few grand on providing your usual stakes are in the thousands, if your just betting in £10s or £20s and then decide to have £1000 on i doubt they would let you. you get limited when they realise your arbing if your using your own worked out arbs then it will take a long time. if your using arbs that allot of people know about it wont be long.
