The very fact that the card is Turbocache wouldn't lead me to expect much from it, that means that it uses some system memory which is bad for (at least) two reasons, one system Ram is slower than what is used as video Ram and secondly it has then taken away system memory that might otherwise be used. I wouldn't consider it for much gaming but for basic games or at lower detail levels it should be fine.
