Laptop to play FM23 at £350-£500

A friend of mine wants to buy a laptop that will run Football Manager 2023 with a budget of £350 to £500. Is this doable and what with?

My old Ryzen 3200u based laptop with 4gb ram manages fine.

Basically anything in that price range will run it. The more CPU the better. There are even i7s in that price range.
