Steal supplies.

Do the "rowing boat" motion and slid along the floor on your chair?

Swap peoples keyboard keys?

Put sellotape over the laser bit of the mouse or remove the ball?

Photocopy your genitals?

Send an abusive All staff email? (but only just before you run through the door)

One good trick is (assuming peoples desks face each other), swap the mouse/keyboard cables over. Goes down a treat.

Put the clocks back/forward in the office by about 5 minutes. Enough to confuse people but not enough for suspicion to fall on you.
