Hi,

My sister is looking to lease a car for 1 year. Something small but plenty of boot space for the pushchair and plenty of room at the back for a car seat for the baby too etc.

What do you guys recommend? Just had a quick browse through the back of Car magasine and was thinking the new Yaris?

Cheers. :)

Punto Grande?

Yaris has to be a joke, It has the smallest boot I have ever seen, I would say an Elise "boot" is deeper (obviously lacks the height).

We always managed to get my Grandad's wheelchair in our Yaris fine.

On the new Yaris both rear seats can slide independantly forward/back to get extra boot space. Also there's a large compartment under the boot floor for other stuff.

You do realise that 1 year lease is going to be pretty expensive.

I mean if she decides she wants a Fiat, I maybe able to do a cheap 12mth PCP for her if interested.

I've done one before, was a Punto (last shape) £100 deposit, £100 a month for 12 month PCP, then she can hand it back - or a number of other options.
